Great hotel with its great wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a lovely indoor swimming pool. The staff helped me find shopping spots on my first stay, which I still appreciate. Amy rocks!

Comfortable pleasant accomodations

They were kind enough to let me use their fridge for some fresh fish I caught. Make sure to grab breakfast early to avoid lines.

Hotel's breakfast is great and excellant with fresh fruit and Mexican salsa and poppyseed bread.

I choose the Springhill Suites because of location and price. It was very near to my destination and affordable. I would like to commend Mr. Steve Merchant, the General Manager of this particular location. Upon arrival, I was unable to check in. I had used your online service, and somehow my reservation was not correct. After a brief explanation by me, Steve saw the need to correct a wrong that neither he or the hotel created. He went out of his way to accommodate my wife and me. He understood my situation and rectified it immediately and without hesitation. He is a credit to Springhill Suites hotels.

Hotel and rooms are very clean, neat and a generous size. Also, the on site laundry was great for long stays, and the breakfast was also very convenient for our family. We were glad to be staying in a hotel that was quiet and in a good location, easy to get to other places in town. We would recommend this hotel to any type of traveler.

Reasonably spacious hotel with particularly good and perfect location really close to a residential area so very quiet for sleeping as well as many restaurants shopping and tourist attractions. Consistently courteous staff, excellent and complimentary breakfast with eggs and fabulous muffins and scrambled eggs. Really had excellent stay on a road trip.

great access to parks and downtown sights for city strolls

During my recent stay, I really enjoyed the great accessibility to both Waterworks Park, just a pleasant 2.5 km stroll away, and the vibrant downtown area that's filled with landmarks and restaurants, making it ideal for exploring on foot.

Best continental breakfast we have ever had! Our room was really spacious and very quiet. We were also pleasantly surprised by having our own refrigerator and microwave and coffee maker in the room.

It provided everything we were looking for and the staff was exceptional. We were there for the boat show and the shuttle bus was a very nice perk that we had not planned on

Although the room was very nice the set-up did not allow for someone to use the vanity without the light shinning directly on someone still in the bed

I had a great stay! The room was spacious and fresh. Breakfast had tons of options, including turkey sausage. My experience was above and beyond when I received a complimentary ginger ale for my upset stomach.

We enjoyed our 5-night stay in a Queen Studio with Two Queen Beds. the indoor swimming pool was perfect for the kids, and we loved the cozy vibe of the breakfast area. The only small drawback was that our room wasn't serviced daily, which felt a bit odd. Overall, it was a great experience, and I'd recommend trying out the pool! 😊
